We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact.
Meet Tracey
Hi, I’m Tracey.
I’m a mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend, and a therapist. I’m an avid tennis player, a meditator, a dog lover, and a very much aspiring guitar player. We’ll see how that goes.
I love to travel and am almost always thinking about where I want to go next. I love experiencing a new country—not just seeing the sights, but wandering around, eating the food, meeting people, and figuring out how other people live. Croatia is my next dream spot!
I’m happiest when I’m outside, moving, traveling, laughing with people I love, being silly with my family, or snuggling up with my two quirky dogs (who very much think they are humans).
I’m also someone who is always trying to slow down, live a little more mindfully, and keep life simple. I’m fascinated by minimal living and have read the books, watched the documentaries, and spent more than a few weekends thinking about all the stuff I could get rid of. My family still needs a little convincing :)
I like learning new things, trying things I’m not very good at yet, and being around people who make me think—or make me laugh.
So, that’s a little bit of me outside of the therapy office.
Meet Massy
Hi, I’m Massy.
I’m a wife, a mom of two boys, a therapist, an immigrant, and a person who is almost always interested in something new. I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, and so much of that is still a huge part of who I am. The culture, the food, the warmth, the humor, and the way we connect with people have all shaped me.
Life at home is busy, fun, and never boring with two boys in the mix. I love traveling with my family, really good food, laughing a lot, and making the most of this very full season of life, even when it’s a little chaotic.
I’m very much a multi-passionate person. I love learning, creating, building things, and trying things I’m not necessarily good at yet. I learned to ride a bike at 35, which probably tells you everything you need to know about my willingness to say, “Why not?” and figure it out as I go.
I’m endlessly curious about people. What makes us who we are, why we do the things we do, and how our stories shape the way we move through the world. I love experiencing new places and cultures and having conversations with people who see the world differently than I do.
And I genuinely love being a therapist. If I had to start all over again, I’d choose it again. Outside of the therapy office, I’m usually juggling too many ideas, taking way too many pictures, planning something, laughing loudly, or convincing myself that this is definitely the hobby I’m going to stick with.
What we believe
Connection Matters
We believe connection is essential—for us, for the people we serve, and for the communities we’re part of. None of us are meant to do this work alone.
Collaboration Over Competition
There is room for all of us. Sharing ideas, experiences, resources, and wisdom makes us better professionals, and builds a stronger community.
Learn + Share Generously
We’re all lifelong learners, and we all have something to teach. Every professional brings wisdom and perspective worth sharing, and we grow when we learn from one another.
